Warranty

At Dream Factory Beds, we stand behind the quality of our beds and mattresses. That is why we offer a 1-year warranty across our range, giving you added peace of mind with your purchase.

All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.

If you believe there may be a fault with your bed or mattress, please contact our customer service team in the first instance so we can review the issue and advise on the next steps.

What the warranty covers

Our 1-year warranty covers defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship in eligible Dream Factory Beds products.

If, within the warranty period, your bed or mattress is found to have developed a fault due to manufacturing defects or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, arrange one of the following:

  • a repair
  • a replacement
  • or an appropriate alternative solution

This warranty applies to products used under normal domestic conditions and in accordance with the product’s intended use.

Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • the product has been soiled or stained
  • the product has been accidentally damaged after delivery
  • the product has been jumped on, abused, or damaged through improper use
  • the product has been misused or used for commercial purposes
  • the mattress has been bent or folded in a way that causes damage to the spring unit or internal structure
  • the bed or mattress has been used with an unsuitable or non-approved base, support, or mattress
  • clearance items or specially discounted items sold outside the standard warranty terms

Important information

  • All reasonable efforts will be made to match fabrics, materials and colours if a product is repaired or replaced. However, an exact match cannot always be guaranteed.
  • If repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer you a comparable alternative product.
  • If you choose a product that is more expensive than the nearest equivalent replacement, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase may be required when making a claim.
  • The warranty applies only to products delivered within our normal mainland UK delivery areas.

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
Dream Factory Beds will always honour your rights under applicable consumer law.
